Betsy gray
Betsy spent 16 years as the executive director of a women’s medical clinic in Southern California. The clinic’s focus was serving men and women facing unexpected pregnancies. By the grace of God and with support from an excellent team, she converted the counseling center into a primary care medical clinic that went from an annual budget of $60K to over $450K with assets and an endowment north of $1.9 million.

Charles R. White is a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Capital Markets Division of Stifel, Nicolaus, and Co. Inc. He has held positions in the Capital Markets Group of two major Wall Street Firms and several Regional Securities firms and banks. He was a director of Consumer National Bank and State Bank and Trust for over 18 years, prior to their merger into BankPlus – a 5+ billion total asset bank.

William Beckers is a retired financial advisor who worked in the financial space for more than 40 years in positions ranging from COO to CEO. He was the founder and CEO of Santa Barbara Investment Capital for over 36 years and was an acting General Partner of several limited partnerships totaling over $150M, investing in various public and private securities.

Mike Hensley
Mike is the President/CEO of Capital Federal Credit Union. He has 37 years of banking/financial institution experience with 24 years as either CEO, President, or chairman of the board for Western Bank and Van Horn State Bank. He has served in numerous roles for the Texas Bankers Association including chairman of the Compliance Committee, chairman of Government Relations Council, and chairman of the board.
